Born in Israel to Persian parents, Orly Noa trained as a director in London and in Tel Aviv. Orly Noa is a member of EVE – Israeli Independent Theatre Artists Organization, Lincoln Center Theater Directors Lab, La MaMa Umbria, The Watermill Performance Center, Asylum Arts and the WWLab – an international directors collective.
